Do you take one-off shoots?
Yes, for commercial projects. A single commercial site gets the same shot list, crew standards and delivery as a full program. Our media vendor partnerships are built for builders with projects across multiple sites, and that is where we keep the work consistent from the first site to the last.
Where do you shoot?
Everywhere in the US. We cover every metro area, so one program can run across all of your markets with the same crew standards, shot list and delivery.
How does pricing work? Is there a price list?
There is no one-size price list because every project is unique. Our team custom tailors each package to fit your sites, visit schedule and deliverables. One media vendor partnership can cover all of your projects under one program and one set of rates, whether that is ten sites or five hundred, and that pricing holds across the whole program.
What are your turnaround times?
Shoots are scheduled within 1 to 2 business days of the request, and edited media is delivered within 1 to 2 business days of the visit. Rush delivery is available for milestone and launch deadlines.
How do we receive our media?
Every delivery lands in your account portal, organized by project and visit, with full resolution files and web ready versions. We can also deliver straight to your Google Drive, Dropbox or DAM.
Does someone from our team need to be on site?
Yes. A member of your team needs to be on site for each shoot to handle access and site rules such as PPE, check in or orientation. Our crew coordinates with your superintendent or site contact ahead of every visit.
Can multiple people on our team schedule shoots?
Yes. Add your project managers, marketing leads and superintendents to your account portal so each can book and track shoots for their sites.
How do we reschedule or cancel a shoot?
Email our support team at support@foxgrade.com. Changes made at least 24 hours before the shoot are free. If weather affects a visit, our team reschedules it with you.
Who flies the drone?
Aerials are flown by FAA Part 107 licensed pilots. Airspace and site access are checked before every flight.
What is a Build Story?
We return to the same mapped points on a set schedule over several weeks, then edit those visits together into one film that shows the build rising from dirt to finished. Nothing is left mounted on your site.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. Progress coverage for owners, lenders and project teams, plus crew and equipment footage for marketing, recruiting and investor updates.
